E-mails from this domain

Trassa sends from this domain a first business e-mail to a company's general e-mail address and at most one follow-up. The address comes from a public contract award notice or from the company's own website; the occasion is one concrete awarded contract in your product class. We write only to companies, never to a named person.

We process: the company name, its general e-mail address, the contract we wrote about, and your reply if you send one. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in direct business-to-business approach. There is no consent for these e-mails, and we do not claim one.

Retention: until you object, at most 24 months after the last contact. After an objection only the company, the address and the date of the objection are kept, on a suppression list, without a time limit — it is the only way never to write to you again (Art. 21(3) GDPR).

Reply "stop" to any of our e-mails, write to privacy@trassainfra.com, or use trassainfra.com/en/object. We stop at once, on every channel.

Mail and site hosting

The mailboxes of this domain are hosted by IONOS SE, Germany. The site is served by Vercel Inc., USA, which processes the connection data technically required to deliver it (IP address, timestamp, file requested) — legitimate interest in a secure, working site.

Your rights
