Mandare Studio

Digital product practice

Design and engineering, in one pair of hands.

Mandare Studio is a small German practice for digital products. The sketch, the interface and the code that ships are made by the same people — so nothing is lost in the handover, because there isn't one.

How the work runs.

One project at a time, in short cycles you can see. No account layer between you and the person building it.

  • One

    Interface design

We start with the job the screen has to do and the person doing it, then draw only what serves that. Typography, hierarchy and restraint carry most of the result — decoration carries almost none.

  • Two

    Front-end engineering

The design is built as it was drawn: fast on a mid-range phone, keyboard-navigable, readable by a screen reader, and light enough to load on a bad connection.

  • Three

    Ongoing care

Products drift. We stay on for the small revisions, the content changes and the occasional rethink, so the thing that shipped keeps being the thing that runs.

A short note is enough.

Describe the product and where it hurts. You will hear back with a plain assessment — scope, cost, timing, and what we would leave out.
